Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any quotations, orders, or wholesale enquiries made with Banareng Bakopane Holdings (Pty) Ltd, including its Velora Soft division ("we", "us", or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of This Website

This website is provided for the purpose of learning about our services and products, and submitting enquiries. Content is provided "as is"; while we take care to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

2. Quotations & Estimates

Any pricing, scope, or timelines discussed via the website, WhatsApp, or contact form are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A quotation only becomes binding once confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Banareng Bakopane Holdings.

3. Wholesale Orders (Velora Soft)

Wholesale enquiries submitted via WhatsApp or contact form are requests for a quote, not confirmed orders. Orders are only confirmed once pricing, quantities, and terms have been agreed in writing between both parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, text, and design elements on this website belong to Banareng Bakopane Holdings or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banareng Bakopane Holdings is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
